Registered Behaviour Analyst RBA/BCBA
Kate Rutledge is a dedicated Behaviour Analyst with nine years of experience working with families and children, specializing in autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Kate’s education began at Queen’s University with an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biology-Psychology. She then went on to learn about Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in Mohawk College’s Autism and Behavioural Science Graduate Certificate program. Kate continued her education by completing a Master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies – ABA stream at Brock University.
Kate is passionate about promoting positive behavioral change and inclusive learning. She applies creative problem-solving to lead a team of skilled instructors delivering high-quality ABA therapy. She collaborates closely with autistic individuals, their families/caregivers, and paraprofessionals to ensure a holistic approach to behavioral therapy. Kate is committed to creating a supportive environment for her clients and continuously seeks to expand her knowledge and skills.
